摘要:
为加快黑龙江省口岸交通基础设施建设,提升中国对俄罗斯的贸易发展。通过相关资料分 析黑龙江省与俄罗斯经济贸易的现状和问题,分析认为,当前黑龙江省口岸交通发展的重点口岸是 黑河和同江,次重点口岸是绥芬河、东宁、抚远、饶河、富锦、萝北、密山、虎林和漠河;黑龙江省口岸 交通基础设施建设的重点为:提高口岸公路技术等级、推进界河大桥建设、加强重点港口基础设施 建设、完善边境口岸运输站场设施。
Abstract:
The paper analyzes the external and internal environment of the trade development with Russia in Heilongjiang Province. The trade with Russia in Heilongjiang Province will enter a new era of rapid and sustainable growth. The transportation condition of the ports in Heilongjiang Province is the main restricting factor for the farther development of the trade with Russia. The paper analyzes the development potential of trade with Russia and the adaptability of current transportation condition of different ports in Heilongjiang Province. In consideration of the development priority of transportation, the ports in Heilongjiang Province are classified into two classes. Class I includes Heihe Port and Tongjiang Port, which are given the first priority to the development of transportation. Class II includes Suifenhe, Dongning, Fuyuan, Raohe, Fujin, Luobei, Mishan, Hulin and Mohe Ports, which are given the secondary priority to the development. In the near future, the development emphasis of port transportation in Heilongjiang Province includes improving the technical grade of port road, promoting the construction of bridges on the boundary river, strengthening the construction of harbor infrastructures and improving the terminals and stations in the ports.
