摘要:
物流服务品质是物流供需均衡理论分析的重要媒介,其内涵可以界定为依托于物流过程所 体现出来的、能被消费者感知的、物流服务的质量特征。分析指出物流服务品质主要由时效性、可 靠性、灵活性、安全性以及经济性等五个方面内容构成,并通过设置指标体系加以量化描述,运用层 次分析法进行综合评价。结果表明,物流企业可以通过对物流服务品质的合理定位,更好地满足用 户需求,并促进物流供需均衡的实现。
Abstract:
Logistics service quality is a very important medium of analysis on logistics equilibrium theory, and it can be defined as a series of quality characteristics that are involved in the logistics process and felt by consumers. Logistics service quality includes timeliness, reliability, flexibility, security and economy. This paper synthetically evaluates the quality by establishing index system and AHP method. The conclusion indicates that logistics enterprise can meet the consumer demand well and even promote the realization of logistics equilibrium by rationally configuring the logistics service quality.
