摘要:
理念创新是西部高等教育创新的逻辑前提,学科创新是西部高等教育创新的主体工程,制 度创新是西部高等教育创新的基本维度。只有创新西部高等教育的运行机制,才能形成“汇集全球 教育资源、发展西部高等教育”的创新格局。
Abstract:
Itis a logic prerequisite againstinnovation of western highereducation that the theory scould be innovated;a major project of discipline innovation and a basic dimension of institution innovation. Only innovating the operating mechanism of Western higher education could form innovative pattern with the result of gathering global resources and developing western higher education.
