摘要:
以十六大精神为指导,论述了跨越式发展对合并院校的重要意义,提出整合学科资源,优化 学科结构,加强学科建设;以本科教育为主体,提高教学质量和科研水平;扩大研究生教育规模;营 造一支高水平、高素质的师资队伍和管理队伍等一系列推进高校跨越式发展的战略思路。
Abstract:
The writer expounds the significance of leap development to merged universities,and the puts forward a series of strategies for the purpose of advancing the development in universities,rearranging the resources,optimizing the structure of disciplines and enforcing the construction of disciplines;taking undergraduate education as a principal part so as to improve teaching quality and scientific research level; expanding the scale of postgraduate teaching; building a team of teachers and administrative services with high level and quality.
