摘要:
对外贸易是国家经济发展的重要推动力。西部地区要加快发展,必须扩大对外贸易。西北 地区对外贸易的突破口就是要扩大中亚五国的贸易,加强与中亚地区的经济与技术合作,进而发展 横贯整个亚欧的大陆桥经济区。从贸易的收入效应和资本积累效应、技术交流效应和就业效应、规 模效应和联动效应等几个方面,探讨了通过深化改革开放扩大贸易的可行性和必要性,并提出相应 的政策建议。
Abstract:
Foreign trade is an important force in developing a nation's economy.To accelerate the de- velopment,it is inevitable in west China to expend foreign trade,especially on the borders.The north- western regions will enlarge the trade with five central Asian regions,strengthen the economic and technological cooperation with Asian regions,and further develop the rans-Europe and Asian economic zome.The article explores the feasibility and necessity of promoting border trade via deepening reform and opening reform and opening concerning the following three aspects:the effect on increasing income and accumulating fund:the effect on promoting technological exchanges and creating jobs;the effect on enlarging trade scope and improving the linkage.Furthermore,it proposes the relevant policy and theo- ry regarding the practical choices in foreign trade.
