摘要:: 文化管理是推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的必要之举，是服务型政府履行文化发展与规范职能的重要载体。通过回顾政府文化管理模式的演变过程，发现文化管理也伴随着政府职能的转变而呈现出与时俱进的特质，集中表现为“从文化管理向文化治理的转变”。围绕这一核心命题，对《文化管理学导论》有关内容进行了系统梳理与评价，并结合实践需要，提出了“文化治理范式是文化领域政府治理现代化的逻辑归宿”的基本结论。

Abstract:: Cultural management is necessary to promote great development and prosperity of socialist culture, and it is an important carrier for the service oriented government to perform the function of cultural development and specification. By reviewing the evolution of culture management mode, it is found that with the transformation of government functions, cultural management presents the characteristics of keeping pace with the times, which expresses in a focalized way as “from cultural management to cultural governance”. Around this core proposition, this article reorganizes and evaluates the content of An Introduction to Cultural Management, moreover, it puts forward the basic conclusion that “cultural governance paradigm is the logical destination of governance modernization in cultural field”.
