摘要:
山西省城镇化的传统融资模式存在诸多问题，例如：财政收入与城镇化资金需求的倒挂、土地财政难以持续、融资结构不合理、金融生态环境欠佳等。任何一种融资模式都存在利弊，山西省应该从省情出发，不仅要规范传统的融资模式，还要更加注重市场金融条件的培育、政策的优化组合、金融服务平台和融资规范平台的搭建，为城镇化融资模式创新提供可行条件。
Abstract:
There are lots of problems in traditional financing mode of urbanization in Shanxi province, such as: fund demand in urbanization dropping away from fiscal revenue, unsustainable land finance, unreasonable financing structure, and poor financial ecological environment. There are pros and cons in any kind of financing mode, so Shanxi province should proceed from the provincial conditions, not only regulating the traditional financing mode, but also emphasizing more on fostering financial market conditions, optimizing policies, and constructing financial services platform and financing standard platform, to provide a viable condition for financing mode innovation of new urbanization.
