摘要:
为从理论上探索实现道路运输经济增长方式转变的途径,推动和促进道路货运的网络化与集约化发展,运用网络经济理论和相关统计资料分析了中国道路货运业的现状及其存在的问题。分析认为,公路网络不完善、运输行业结构设置不合理、运输市场信息不对称以及行业信用严重缺失等问题是阻碍道路货运业可持续发展的关键因素。分析结果表明,促进道路货运业网络化发展,有必要继续加大交通基础设施建设投融资力度,并着力调整交通运输基础设施的行业结构、地区结构、城乡结构和软硬件结构。同时,政府应大力扶植和发展货运代理业以及道路货运信息系统,并从“约律规范”和“道律规范”两方面解决市场信用缺失问题。
Abstract:
In order to explore, theoretically, the ways to tranform the economic increase in highway freight transportation and promote the intensive development in the network transportation, the paper, with the help of the network economic theory and other related theories, analyzes the problems existing in China's freight transportation. The analysis indicates that the imperfection of the highway network, the improper structural allocation of transportation, non-symmetry of market information and great lack of credit are the main problems that restrain the further development. The authors believe that in order to promote the development of transportation network it is necessary to strengthen the infrastruction construction in transportation and do a good job in regulation for the trade structure, regional structure, urban and rural structure, software and hardware structure. Besides, the governments should always help those surrogate enterprises, support the freight transportation system and try to settle the loss of market credit through regulation restraint and credit restraint.
