“Sustainable Development” is a model of social development and a new rational cognition of
human towards nature as well. But the processes of this rational cognition have been very long and
complicated, which has gone through from“Human Centralism” to“Nature Centralism” to“Sustain-
able Development”. Each step of the processes is the greatest progress on which human made a further
understanding of human and nature.Undoubtedly,making the“Sustainable Development” the strategy
goal and the essential policy of our country by our government is decision standing for keeping with the
era.
