Abstract:
The author analyzes the relationship between organization and individuals of Follett from a psychological perspective. The result shows that the exposition for organizational characteristics of “holistic” and “body” can enable organizations to become the attribution of individual existence. It not only is a breakthrough in traditional organizational positioning, also is a new psychology, which will be a useful innovation on the organizational functions.
