Abstract:
This paper takes the 316 landless peasants in Xi'an suburbs as the sample for survey and analysis of the employment training situation.The authors find that employment training conditions of landless peasants are not optimistic. Based on the above analysis, this paper proposes the ideas of employment and training support system for landless peasants, and establishes the employment training support system of landless peasants from the aspects of training preparation, training implementation and training services.
