摘要:

党的二十大报告明确中国式现代化是全体人民共同富裕的现代化。进入新时代,共同富裕不仅仅指代物质层面上的富裕,在中国式现代化视域下拥有新的时代特征和蕴意。在深入分析中国式现代化时代内涵的基础上,从理论和实践两个层面厘清中国式现代化助推共同富裕的内在逻辑和实现路径。研究认为,中国式现代化与共同富裕密切相连,共同富裕是中国式现代化的价值导向,也是中国式现代化进程的深刻体现,二者在理论上相互交融、相互促进; 中国式现代化也为夯实经济基础、优化资源配置、维持发展可持续提供了有力支撑,实现“做大蛋糕”“分好蛋糕”及“守好蛋糕”,进一步夯实了共同富裕的实践基础。研究表明,中国式现代化助推共同富裕,应从提升国家治理能力、增强经济治理水平、健全收入分配制度、优化社会治理方式、强化协调发展机制等方面着手。

Abstract:

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of Chinaclearly stated that Chinese-style modernization is the modernization that bringscommon prosperity to all people. In the new era, common prosperity not only refers tomaterial wealth, but also has new characteristics and implications from theperspective of Chinese-style modernization. On the basis of an in-depth analysis ofthe connotation of the Chinese-style modernization in the new era, this paper clarifiesthe internal logic and realization path of Chinese-style modernization boostingcommon prosperity from both theoretical and practical levels. The study believes thatChinese-style modernization is closely related to common prosperity. Commonprosperity is the value orientation of Chinese-style modernization and the profoundembodiment of the process of Chinese-style modernization. The two are theoreticallyintertwined and mutually reinforcing; Chinese-style modernization also providesstrong support for consolidating the economic foundation, optimizing the allocation ofresources, and maintaining sustainable development, contributes to “making the cakebigger”, “dividing the cake reasonably” and “guarding the cake well”, and furtherconsolidates the practical basis of common prosperity. Research shows that forChinese-style modernization to boost common prosperity, we should focus on aspectssuch as improving national governance capabilities, enhancing the economicgovernance level, improving income distribution system, optimizing socialgovernance mode, and strengthening coordinated development mechanism.
