摘要:
探讨了中国农村教育现状：农村教育普及水平、教育质量、教育保障水平和现代化水平逐步提高，但这显然不能适应城乡一体化的新型城镇化建设要求。在探讨新型城镇化进程中农村教育存在的主要问题基础上，提出了发展策略：加大农村教育经费投入、改善农村教育结构、做好农村流动人口子女教育、妥善解决农村中小学布局调整问题、强化农村教育师资队伍建设。
Abstract:
This paper discusses the present situation of rural education in China. The universalization level, the quality, the guarantee level and the modernization level of the rural education are gradually promoted. But obviously it can not meet the requirements of the new urbanization of urban-rural integration. Following the exploration of the existing problems of rural education during the process of the new-type urbanization, some development strategies are put forward， to increase the funding of rural education, to improve the rural education structure, to properly handle the education of the children of floating population, to appropriately solve the problems in the layout adjustment of rural primary schools, and to strengthen the construction of faculty in rural education.
