摘要:
党的二十大报告提出“高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务”并提出“着力推动高质量发展”。在中国式现代化新征程中着力推动高质量发展要从宏观、中观、微观、开放经济等方面着眼:着力推动宏观经济高质量发展,努力提高生产效率、投资效率和全要素生产率; 着力推动中观经济高质量发展,实现产业结构高级化与现代化、产业链现代化,实现产业结构向全球价值链中高端迈进; 着力推动微观经济高质量发展,培育出大量高质量发展的微观主体,筑牢高标准市场体系的微观基础; 着力推动开放型经济高质量发展,以高水平的开放推动高质量发展; 着力推动人民生活高质量发展,提供高质量的公共服务; 着力推动高质量发展支持体系的完善,为着力推动高质量发展提供产业、创新、人才、基础设施和体制机制支持。
Abstract:
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that “high-quality development is the primary task of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way” and that “efforts should be made to promote high-quality development”. In the new journey of the Chinese path to modernization, we should focus on macro, meso, micro, and open economies to drive high-quality development. For the focus on driving high-quality macroeconomic development, we should strive to improve production efficiency, investment efficiency, and total factor productivity. For the focus on driving high-quality meso-economic development, we should realize the upgrading and modernization of the industrial structure and the modernization of the industrial chain, and achieve the advancement of the industrial structure to the middle and high end of the global value chain. For the focus on driving high-quality microeconomic development, we should cultivate a large number of high-quality microeconomic entities, and build a solid microeconomic foundation for a high-standard market system. For the focus on driving high-quality development of the open economy, we should promote high-quality development with high-level opening up. In addition, we should strive to promote high-quality development of people's lives and provide high-quality public services, improve the high-quality development support system and offer industrial, innovation, labor, infrastructure, and institutional support for driving high-quality development.
