摘要:
为了寻求中国区域经济均衡发展的路径,运用制度创新和制度性差异理论分析了中国区域经济差距的成因。分析认为,由于初始阶段条件的差异,在中央与地方政府的博弈中,中央政府针对地方政府的制度创新行为会作出不同的政策安排,地方政府也会采取不同的均衡策略,由此形成了制度变迁路径的不同选择,最终造成了区域间制度差异; 而区域间的制度差异对各区域的经济绩效产生了巨大影响,这在很大程度上扩大了区域经济的差距。
Abstract:
This paper analyzes the cause of regional economy disparity problem in terms of institutional difference. In the game between the central and local government, because of the difference of conditions of initial stage, the central government makes different policies and arranges institutional innov- ation of local governments, and local governments would also adopt different equilibrium strategies. Therefore, the difference of institutional change has been formed. Consequently, the institutional difference among the areas has produced. Therefore, the institutional differences among the areas will exert an enormous influence on the economic performance of every area and expand disparity of regional economy.
