摘要:
运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对国内各地区的农业产业化效率作整体评价和比较分析,同时运用Tobit模型回归分析各地区农业产业化的影响因素。分析认为,中国农业产业化虽然整体效率较高,但是各地区存在一定的差异:中部地区农业产业化效率低下主要是源于纯技术效率的低下,需要不断加强和完善相关的制度建设; 而西部地区规模效率低下是农业产业化效率的主要障碍,需要不断提高农业产业化规模。分析结果表明,各地区加快农业产业化进程的同时,提高农业产业化效率才是农业产业化发展的关键。
Abstract:
Based on the data envelopment analysis(DEA), this paper evaluates the efficiency of the China's agricultural industrialization. The paper uses Tobit regression model to analyze the factors impacting the agricultural industrialization. The authors find that the central region has to perfect the agricultural industrialization's management and rule level and the western region needs to improve the scale efficiency. The authors finally suggest that while quickening the agricultural industrialization, it is more important to improve its efficiency.
