摘要:
城市经营是提高城市竞争力的有效措施。在我国对城市经营研究大多停留在定性研究上,缺乏必要的定量研究。根据我国城市的特点,对在城市经营方面有所作为的8个城市的经营水平进行了理论和实际相结合的评价。首先确立了城市经营的主要对象,并建立了评价指标体系。然后利用主成分分析法对样本城市的各个指标进行评价和分析,确定5个主成分,并计算各个主成分的得分及城市经营水平的综合得分,从而得到样本城市经营水平的排序及城市的相对位置,最后对8个城市经营水平进行了系统分析。
Abstract:
Urbanmanagementisanefficientmethodtoimprovingurbancompetitive.InChinese,mostof scholarswhoresearchonurbanmanagementfocusonqualitativesideandarelackofquantitativeside. AimingatthecharacterofChinesecities,thispaperselects 8citieswhichactonurbanmanagementto researchtheirmanagementlevelnotonlyintheorybutalsoinpractice.Atfirst,itconfirmsprimary objectandcreatetheindexsystem.Thenitusesprimarycomponentanalysistoanalyzeallthedatafrom 8cities.Itdecides 5importantprimarycomponentsandcalculatesthefactorscoresandgeneralscoresof managementlevelof 8cities.Atlast,itanalyzesultimateresultssystemically.
