摘要:
基于主成分分析法,从构成营运费用的影响因素出发,依据大样本数据调查结果,对营运客车 相关车型营运费用的构成及营运量的影响进行综合分析。研究结果表明,营运客车的营运费用主要 受营运费用因子和营运量因子影响,且车型不同,其营运费用影响因素存在差异。并在此基础上研究 营运费用变动的根本原因,得出了有益的结论和启示,对山西省营运客车企业控制成本、提高经济效 益有积极的应用价值,同时为政府制定合理的税费标准,建立健康的运输市场提供一定的理论依据。
Abstract:
Based on the method of principal component analysis(PCA), the authors according to the key influential elements to the operating freight of passenger vehicle in Shanxi Province and the big sample census data, analyse synthetically the composition of operating freight and the impact of operating quantity. The results indicate that there are differences in operating freight to freight factors and operating quantity factors, and the key elements of the operating freight of differences to vehicle styles have the variations. On the basis of the result, the authors also research the fundamental reasons for operating freight variation and a helpful conclusion and enlightenment are obtained. The paper is favorable for the transportation enterprises to control the cost and increase economic benefits, and for the government to make the rational freight standards so as to build up healthful transportation markets.
