摘要:
以组织承诺作为变量,在介绍和分析承诺性人力资源实践、知识分类、知识共享的基础上,研究了承诺性人力资源实践与知识共享关系的影响因素。分析结果表明:承诺性人力资源实践通过组织承诺的产生实现隐性知识共享; 承诺人力资源实践可以直接促进显性知识的共享,也可以通过组织承诺中介实现显性知识共享; 承诺性人力资源实践通过知识共享进而实现组织绩效的提高与核心竞争力的形成与保持。
Abstract:
Through introducing the commitment-based human resource practice, the sort of know-ledge and knowledge sharing, the authors analyze the relationship of the variables of commitment-based human resource practices and the knowledge sharing. The analysis concludes that commitment-based practices can produce organization commitment, which is a basis of the tacit and explicit knowledge sharing; commitment-based practices can promote explicit knowledge sharing directly even without organization commitment; commitment-based human resource practices can also promote knowledge sharing, which can form the core competences and organization performance.
