摘要:
为有效度量公路网系统可达功能的实现状况,运用系统分析理论,对公路网可达性的含义进行了分析。分析认为,由于路网可达性应包含空间可达性、运输可达性2个方面的内容,基于公路网建设的目的,不考虑运输需求的路网可达性只是空间可达性,不足以反映路网可达功能的实现状态。同时认为,由于空间可达性应从空间可达的状态与经济合理性2个方面考虑,而运输可达性是指现行路网供给条件下的运输充分性及运输经济性,现行公路网可达性测算方法难以显现线路等级合理性、运输充分性与运输经济性。为此,建构了公路网可达性的指标体系和计算模型。
Abstract:
In order to measure the functions of highway network reasonably, and through systematic analysis of the status quo about researches on accessibility of highway network, the authors improve the connotation of accessibility of highway network so as to find the defects existing in the current researches which lack the consideration about transport demand and it's degree of realization. The conclusion made in this study is that accessibility of highway network can be understood from two aspects:space accessibility and transportation accessibility. However, there is scarce study about transportation accessibility. The purpose of highway construction is providing service for transportation. Therefore, the accessibility that doesn't consider the transport demand is only space accessibility of highway network, and it can not reflect the whole function of accessibility. Space accessibility can be considered from the state and economic rationality, and transportation accessibility is considered from transportation adequacy and transportation users' economics under the highway network supply. As there exist the defects that the current methods in calculating the accessibility of highway network fail to reflect the reasonablity of highway grades, the transportation adequacy and transportation users' economics, the authors improve the current the model to measure the accessibility of highway network, which is of great theoretical significance.
