摘要:
为有效遏止超限超载运输引发的一系列社会危害,规避机会损失,保障各相关利益主体的 合法收益,运用经济学理论,通过建立利润模型分析了超限超载运输对运输企业、道路经营者、低附 加值产品生产者、原材料需求者等相关利益主体的影响。分析结果表明:建立治理超限超载运输长 效机制的根本在于保障资源动力链的连续性,即形成商品生产—货物(商品)运输—商品消费的循 环链,构建良好有序的货运市场。
Abstract:
In order to hold back a series of social danger from oversizing and overloading transportation, avoid chance loss, and guarantee legal income of relative benefit factors, the influence of relative benefit factors on transport enterprises, road operators, lower-benefit producers and raw-materials demanders is analysized through economic theory and the established profit model. The conclusion shows that the root of long-term management for oversizing and overloading is to construct a good and orderly freight market system, and to ensure the flow of resource, that is, to form a circular chain of commodity-production-transportation-consumption.
