摘要:: 高速公路产业化可以从多角度来理解,其本质是高速公路市场化。高速公路产业化必然导致高速公路产业的形成与发展。从经济角度分析,高速公路产业具有自然垄断性、外部性、基础性、公益性及网络性等特点,属于具有自然垄断性质的网络型基础产业。

Abstract:: The industrialization of expressway can be comprehended from the many points of view, but the nature of industrialization is marketing. With the development of expressway industrialization, the expressway industry will be formed. From the point of economic view, the industry of expressway is characterized by its natural monopoly, exteriority, commonweal, infrastructure and meshwork. Expressway industry belongs to the infrastructure with quality of meshwork.
