摘要:
针对中国现阶段城市物流规划所出现的目标不明确,缺乏评价体系,盲目建设物流园区等 问题,尝试将公私合作模式应用于城市物流规划是有效的解决途径之一,国外的城市物流项目规划 与建设中,应用公私合作模式的具体表现形式不同,但都取得了良好的效果。中国的城市物流规划 在借鉴公私合作模式时应结合自身情况,具体实现途径有:明确政府地位、物流涉及者共同参与、设 置协调监督机制、搭建公共信息平台。
Abstract:
As to problems such as indefinite aim, evaluation system absence, constructing logistic park blindly, which often happen in urban logistic planning in China, the application of model of PPP(public-private partnerships)is effective method. PPP model has good effect in planning and constructing city logistic projects abroad.Corresponding to our conditions, this model can also be used in Chinas urban logistic planning. Suitable approaches include definite role of government, participation of related parties, establishment of coordinting and supervising mechanism, and so on.
