摘要:
我国高校贫困生资助体系在其运行过程中存在较为突出的矛盾,制约了资助目标的实现。 通过目前高校贫困生资助的实践,分析了资助体系在其操作层面上存在的主要问题,并从政府与高 校两个方面,就如何采取更加切合实际的政策性措施,强化基础性工作,完善与创新资助体系,进行 了理论和实践的探讨。
Abstract:
There are some big problems in carrying out subsidization for poor students in our country. From the practice of present subsidization for poor students in universities, the paper analyses the big problems in carrying out the subsidization.And from the aspects of universities and government,what measures should be taken, how to enforce basic work and how to improve and innovate the present subsidization are also explored.
