摘要:
中国存在大量的自然垄断行业,对其改革的思路是否正确关系到反垄断法自由价值目标实 现的程度。从目前中国自然垄断行业的现状分析入手,指出自然垄断行业改革的科学思路应当是充 分引入竞争机制,坚持政企分开。
Abstract:
In China there exist many natural monopoly trades, in which the reform project influences the degree of the materialization of the freedom value of the anti-monopoly law. Based on the state of Chinese current natural monopoly trades, it points out that the scientific reform project in the trades is to introduce the competition mechanism and persist in the separation between the government and enterprises.
