- 在世界范围内,一场以创新业为主导的产业革命正在进行,它在导致一场社会文化变革的 同时,也将导致企业发展观念和模式、劳动性质和报酬、工作理念和态度、管理理念和形态等企业文 化要素的重大变革。对创新企业文化的这种变革进行了深入地探讨。
- Abstract:
- Within the world scope,the industry revolution leading with innovation industry is being on,it lead to the social cultural transformation,at the same time,it also lead to animportant transforamation of enterprise cultrural essential factor in the following aspects: the concept of enterprise development and mode,laboring character and reward,work concept and attitude, management concept and formation,etc. The transformation of innovating enterprise cultural is deply discussed.
