摘要:
为从管理学角度更好地贯彻落实江泽民同志“三个代表”中代表最广大人民群众的根本利 益的精神,首先要处理好几个利益关系,树立社会主义“以人为本”的管理观念,管理职能上要加强 社会管理职能,在监督上加强群众监督,在领导方式上坚持走群众路线,在组织设置上坚持权责一 致的原则,在人员选拔上坚持能级原则。
Abstract:
Comrade Jiang Ze-min advocated that“ the CPC should represent the people's basic interest”. Seen in terms of management of his“ Three Representatives” , the realization of this one under discussion demands the following factors: the sophisticated relationship between various interest, a“ man-centered” socialist management concept, strengthened social funcation in management, and mass supervision; and in leadship, we should also stick to the mass line, in organization, to the consistance of power and responsibility, and in personel the capacity level.
