摘要:: 媒体报道不仅有利于刑事司法审判公开原则的实现，还可以监督刑事司法活动，增强司法机关的公信力，然而不恰当的媒体报道也会影响司法独立，妨碍司法公正，并侵犯犯罪嫌疑人和被害人的合法权益。在分析媒体报道对刑事司法积极和消极作用的基础上，研究媒体报道与刑事司法协调策略：坚持犯罪嫌疑人和被害人人权优先原则，通过加强媒体自律，避免司法人员受媒体影响，完善刑事司法制度，协调二者的矛盾，充分发挥媒体报道对刑事司法的积极作用。

Abstract:: Media reports not only are conducive to the realization of criminal judicial principle of open trial, but also can supervise the activities of criminal justice, and enhance the credibility of the judiciary. At the same time, inappropriate media reports will also affect the independence of the judiciary, obstruct justice, and violate legitimate rights and interests of the criminal suspect and the victim. On the basis of analyzing the positive and negative impacts of media reports on criminal justice, the coordinate strategies between media reports and criminal justice are proposed: Adhere to human rights priority principle of criminal suspects and victims, avoid the influence of media reports on judicial personnel through strengthening their self-discipline, and improve the criminal justice system, so as to coordinate the contradiction between media reports and criminal justice, giving full play to its positive role.
