摘要:
党内协商民主作为党内民主的一种实现形式，能够充分体现党内民主的本质。在马克思和恩格斯的党内民主理论中，包含着丰富的党内协商民主思想，这些思想表明，党内协商民主的本质是党内一律平等，发展党内协商民主要以维护党的团结统一为目标，发展党内协商民主的保障是构建以党的章程为依据、以民主集中制为根本原则、以具体制度安排为支撑的党内民主制度体系。马克思和恩格斯的有关论述，是我们今天发展党内协商民主的重要思想理论资源。
Abstract:
As a kind of realization form of the innerparty democracy, innerparty consultative democracy can fully embody the essence of the innerparty democracy. Marx and Engels’ theory of innerparty democracy contains abundant innerparty thoughts of deliberative democracy. These thoughts show that the essence of innerparty consultative democracy is all equal in the party, the development of deliberative democracy in the party to maintain the partys solidarity and unity as the goal, to develop the deliberative democracy within the partys security is built based on the articles of association, as a fundamental principle of democratic centralism and the specific institutional arrangements to support system of innerparty democracy. Relevaut discussion of Marx and Engels, is an important ideologic and theoretical resources of our delevopment of innerparty deliberative democracy today.
