摘要:
为探讨李广难封之因,从个人实力要素和事业成功的因果关系上重新诠释了李广难封之因。分析认为,从个人实力四要素和事业成功的因果关系来看,李广高强的体力与尚可的品行使其一度有望封侯,而处于中下与下下水平的智谋和情商导致其最终与受封失之交臂; 其中实力要素的整体失衡是李广难封的关键因素。
Abstract:
For a long time, people discussed the reason why LI Guang was hard to get the rank of nobility since Han Dynasty. Various viewpoints are around the two factors:the heaven fate or the man effort. As the man effort is concerned, the success is from the balanced development of the individual comprehensive strength and effective self-management. From the viewpoint of the causality between the four individual strength factors and the success of career, the high-level strength and average virtue have made it possible for LI Guang to get the rank of nobility. But the lower wisdom and the lowest emotion quotient, finally made him fail to get it. The whole unbalance of the individual comprehensive strength factors is the key element that LI Guang was hard to get the rank of nobility.
