摘要:
为了更好地深化和发展马克思的劳动价值论,准确理解和掌握复杂劳动、创造性劳动和熟练劳动等范畴,运用比较和规范的方法分析复杂劳动及其相关问题。分析认为,复杂劳动是就劳动力形成过程的特点而定义的,创造性劳动是从劳动的作用结果而言的,熟练劳动是以同一劳动过程的重复次数为条件的。同时认为,复杂劳动不是创造性劳动,也不是熟练劳动,更不可能是简单劳动的成千上万倍; 不同劳动者的劳动创造性可能很不相同,应当重视发挥创造性劳动的作用。
Abstract:
In order to deepen and develop Marx's labor theory of value better, accurately understand and master the concept about the complicated labor, creative labor and skilled labor,this article uses the comparison and the standard analysis method to study it. The results indicate that the complicated labor is defined on the characteristics of forming process of labor force, the creative labor shows the results of labor and the skilled labor is meant by the competitions of the same labor. The research results also find that the complicated labor is neither creative labor nor the skilled labor, and it is not, at all, the thousands of times of simple labor. The paper finally believes that for the laborers with the same degree of complexity, they may have quite different creativity in labor, so it is necessary to pay attention to their functions in creative labor.
