摘要:
对当前中国经济体系市场主体及保险行业产权结构进行分析,结果认为:不同市场主体的 行为动机、交易模式与其所处的产权结构环境密切相关;不同的产权结构决定人格化交易与非人格 化交易的存在方式和作用范围;企业经营对人格化交易的依赖导致寻租行为的普遍存在。
Abstract:
By analyzing the whole economic system and the property right structure of insurance industry, the authors demonstrate that the behavior motivations and transaction modes of different market participators are so closely related to what property right environment they are in. And different property right structures indicate the ways of personification, the existence of non-personification transactions and the scope of their impaction. So rent-seeking is becoming so popularly attributed to the performance of enterprises which depends on personification transactions.
