摘要:
公路投资行为与经济发展之间具有典型的互动作用。传统公路建设项目经济影响研究方 法由于只注重要素间的单向影响,而缺失经济发展与公路发展之间互动关系的动态特征。系统动 力学方法旨在从经济运行的机理出发,考虑公路建设与经济、社会系统中各要素之间的相互作用。 在系统动态的框架内研究公路建设的经济影响将成为该课题的发展方向。
Abstract:
There exists a typical mutual promotion between highway investment and economy improvement. However, shortcoming of traditional methods on study of economic influence of highway construction is that they only focus on the single direction. This paper starts with the mechanism of the economy and takes the mutual impacts between highway construction and various factors in society and economy into account to analyze the economic influence of highway investment in the framework of system dynamics.
