摘要:: 技术经济特性是决定一个行业市场结构的重要因素。在阐述道路货运行业的技术经济特性及其对市场结构演变影响的基础上,分析了中国道路货运市场结构优化过程中存在的障碍因素: 市场失灵、规模经济、增长方式和管理体制等,并指出中国道路运输市场结构优化的根本途径在于通过改善行业管制环境、完善市场机制和政府干预机制来促进运输企业成长。

Abstract:: This paper discusses China's road freight transportion technology and economic characteristics, analysizes the market effects of the technical development and road freight transportation regulation, and points out that technical development and the industrial regulation are the key to optimize the market structure and to boost productivity of trucking industry.
