摘要:
私营经济在旧中国是西安工商企业和整个国民经济的主体;新中国成立后直到改革开放前的30年间,西安的私营经济发展大致经历了恢复生产、鼓励发展;限制改造、公私合营;调整政策、适当发展;割资本主义尾巴、彻底消灭四个阶段。改革开放以来的25年间,西安的私营经济也大致经历了缓慢恢复、初步发展、快速发展和高速发展四个阶段,现在已成为西安经济发展中的主力军之一。
Abstract:
Privateeconomyisthemain partofindustryand commerce, concurrentofournational economyinoldChina,from thefoundingofPRC totheimplementofthepolicyofreformation and opening,thedevelopmentofprivateeconomyinXianhasexperiencedfourperiods:regainingproductand encouragingdevelopment;confineregenerationandjointstate-privateownership;regulatingpoliceand developingproperly;restrainingcapitalism andeliminatingcompletely.Duringthese 25yearssincethe reformationandopening,privateeconomyinXianhasalsoexperiencedfourperiods:slow recovery, rudimentaldevelopment,speedydevelopment,andhigh-speedydevelopment.Andnowprivateeconomy becomesoneofthemainforcesintheeconomicdevelopmentofXian.
