摘要:
鉴于西安在城市现代化建设中基本上是拆旧盖新、拆新盖新,这种建设方式不同程度地破坏了古城遗址(包括皇城遗址),在分析历史文化名城保护必要性的基础上,提出保护的建议:名城及村镇街区的保护既是政府主管主导,又是全社会公众参与的共同事业; 应以“活态遗产”保护,对西安周边古村镇可以进行异地保护与各类博物馆的建设; 以史前文化遗址为基地,推动西安文化旅游业大发展。
Abstract:
In the modern construction of the city of Xi'an, the new streets are constructed mostly on the cost of demolishing old houses and destroying relics, including old imperial city. This paper, through analysis for the necessity of protecting the historical and cultural city, puts forward some suggestions for its protection. The authors think that the famous city, towns and their streets should not only be supervised by the government, but also be taken as the matter all the public can participate in,and they should be protected as the living relics. The authors also suggest that these famous towns can be protected in other places and more museums should be constructed so that the cultural tourism of Xi'an can be further developed.
