摘要:
针对一些高速公路建设项目后评价研究报告及编制办法存在的问题和不足,在总结前人经 验和成果的基础上,对交通流量分析、交通安全系统分析、交通工程设施系统评价分析、可持续发展 评价分析及景观评价分析等内容进行了研究探讨,旨在进一步完善公路建设项目后评价理论与方 法体系,改进应用方法,促进公路建设项目管理的科学化和规范化,进一步推动中国公路建设项目 及公路网的可持续发展。
Abstract:
As to the problems existing in the present expressway post-evaluation studies and report compiling demands, based on prevenient experiences and research accomplishments, this paper discusses issues by traffic volume analysis, systemic traffic safety analysis, traffic engineering facilities system evaluation,sustainable developmentevaluation and landscape evaluation. The purpose of the research lies in perfecting the system of theories and measures about the post-evaluation, improving scientific and standard management of highway construction project and further promoting sustainable development of highway construction project besides highway network.
