摘要:
“可持续发展”既是一种社会发展模式,也是人类对自然界一个全新的理性认识。然而人类 这一认识的形成却经历了一个漫长而曲折的历程:从“人类中心主义”到“生态中心主义”,再到“可 持续发展”。这一过程的每一阶段,都是人类对人与自然的关系在认识上的进步与升华。中国将 “可持续发展”确立为战略目标和基本国策,无疑是一种与时俱进的抉择。
Abstract:
“Sustainable Development” is a model of social development and a new rational cognition of human towards nature as well. But the processes of this rational cognition have been very long and complicated, which has gone through from“Human Centralism” to“Nature Centralism” to“Sustain- able Development”. Each step of the processes is the greatest progress on which human made a further understanding of human and nature.Undoubtedly,making the“Sustainable Development” the strategy goal and the essential policy of our country by our government is decision standing for keeping with the era.
