摘要:

在党的十六大报告中,江泽民同志明确提出了“发展是党执政兴国的第一要务”的思想,这 一新的论断既是我们党对执政规律的深刻揭示,也是对党在新时期根本任务的高度概括,是“三个 代表”重要思想科学体系中的一个带有根本性和全局性的科学命题,标志着我们党执政意识、“三个 代表”意识的进一步深化。主要对这一思想产生的社会历史条件、科学内涵和重要意义等方面作了 初略探讨。

Abstract:

The development is our party's central task in governing and rejuvening the country proposed by Jiang ze-min at the 16th congress of CPC.This new idea is of profound revolution of the high generalization for our party's radical task in the new period.Itis also one of the scientific proposition.All that symbolizes our party's consciousness at the helm of our state and the deep- going understanding idea of“ Three Represents” ,this paper principally studies the historical conditions of the birth of the thinking,scientific meaning and important significance.
