摘要:
对党的政策进行研究，有助于认识党在中国政策活动中的关键作用，也有助于理解中国特色社会主义不断演进的政策逻辑，但其前提是必须厘清其中的基本问题：党的政策之内涵指向、体现形式及贯彻方式。确切地说，党的政策应指广义上的中国共产党中央政策；其体现形式主要有文件、著述和谈话3类形式；而其贯彻方式则分为直接方式和间接方式两类。
Abstract:
Research on the policies of the Party can not only help us know the important role of the Party in China’s policy activities, but also help us understand the law that Socialism with Chinese characteristics is moving forward constantly, but its precondition is that we must know some basic issues, that is, the main connotation, embodiment and ways of implement of the policies. Exactly speaking, the policies of the Party in a broad way mean the policies of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The forms of its embodiment are mainly documents, writings and talks and the ways of implement consist of direct one and indirect one.
