摘要:

从注重培养学生能力结构、创新意识;以新的教育思想和理念实现人才培养的目标;以 产、学、研结合为主要途径深化教学改革以及构建适应素质教育要求的课程体系和教学内容等 方面分析论证了高等院校实施素质教育应该重点解决的基本问题。同时,阐明了要提高学生素 质教育的质量应该抛弃传统的不利于学生全面发展的教育模式,在适合新机制的框架内寻找有 效的途径进行实施。

Abstract:

Colleges and universities must resolve main problem for actualizing quality education in five aspects which pay attention to train students' ability structure and bring forth new ideas;actualize target of training person with ability by new educational thought and th- eory;deepen education reform to produce,educate and scientific research join togethter as main way and make it adapt require coureses system and education content, illustrates what advances education quality must cast away old education mode of traditional unfavorable develop roundly for student, and find effective way to put in practice in fitting new system.
