Abstract:: Academic journals publishing is closelyrelated to national economic interests, scientific research strength, international status and etc. Under the national strategy of “bringing in” and “going out”, Chinese academic journals is destined for internationalization. With regard to the phenomenon that the present academic journals blindly pursued English-language publishing and SCI retrieval, this paper analyzed the the logical relationship between international publication and local transmission and explored the approaches of the international publication of Chinese academic journals under the national interest. Besides, the reflection on the present international publishing rush of academic journals was put forward.
