Abstract:
Through introducing the commitment-based human resource practice, the sort of know-ledge and knowledge sharing, the authors analyze the relationship of the variables of commitment-based human resource practices and the knowledge sharing. The analysis concludes that commitment-based practices can produce organization commitment, which is a basis of the tacit and explicit knowledge sharing; commitment-based practices can promote explicit knowledge sharing directly even without organization commitment; commitment-based human resource practices can also promote knowledge sharing, which can form the core competences and organization performance.
