Abstract:
Based on the typical cases in reality, this paper makes adequate analysis and study on legal attributes and its assigned guarantee mode for property management rights, puts forward that the legal nature of property management right should belong to usufructuary right in the property right system, and the property management right can be set as mortgage guarantee.
