Abstract:
As the last feudal code in ancient China, Da Qing Lu Li inherits and develops Da Ming Lu, including enacting courses, styles, structures and contents and so on. Whats more Da Qing Lu Li, on the basis of heritage, increases and decreases regulations in the light of the development and change of the social situation at that time. This is very important to safeguard feudal sovereignty of Qing Dynasty for more than two hundred years. There is no doubt that the successful heritage and development of the law of Qing Dynasty to the law of Ming Dynasty have very practical significance for China to inherit traditional law, transplant western law, improve socialist law and construct socialist lawful country.
