Abstract:
As to problems such as indefinite aim, evaluation system absence, constructing logistic park blindly, which often happen in urban logistic planning in China, the application of model of PPP(public-private partnerships)is effective method. PPP model has good effect in planning and constructing city logistic projects abroad.Corresponding to our conditions, this model can also be used in Chinas urban logistic planning. Suitable approaches include definite role of government, participation of related parties, establishment of coordinting and supervising mechanism, and so on.
