Abstract:
One efficient governance structure is on the basis of equal participation and cooperation of the interest groups. At present, the process of established the modern enterprise system in our country, We must accurately hold the connotation of corporation governance, and implement the innovation of corporation governance, and the goal of financing management needs to be adjusted according to the environment.
