The high-speed development of the ITindustry has promoted the fast development of
the whole world economy, which is regarded as the most representative and active hi-tech
industry. Thus, itis more meaningful for us to understand more clearly the matter of the creation
of labour value in the new situation to expand the connation and extension of the creating labour
and reunderstand the creative process by adhering to Marx's scientific theory of labour value.
