Comrade Jiang Ze-min advocated that“ the CPC should represent the people's basic
interest”. Seen in terms of management of his“ Three Representatives” , the realization of this
one under discussion demands the following factors: the sophisticated relationship between
various interest, a“ man-centered” socialist management concept, strengthened social funcation
in management, and mass supervision; and in leadship, we should also stick to the mass line, in
organization, to the consistance of power and responsibility, and in personel the capacity level.
