Marxism is an open system having the theoretical quality of going with the time,which
is expressed clearly in some classic works,such as Communist Manifesto. In the new historical
situation,treating Marxism scientifically,we should carry on the scientific spirit“ going with the
time” , deal with the relationship of persistence, development and innovation correctly, and
constantly create a new state for the Marxist theory of setting up the Communist Party.
